It’s a cat’s life afterall

Meet the star of the neighbourhood…

Coco loves Mama’s balcony so I decided to give her a small terrace in the window for her very own (no easy feat, I have the scars to prove it).

She loves her perch on top of the second floor and neighbours frequently walk through the courtyard with their kids and watch her from below. Tonight I got a mother requesting her, “where did the kitty go?”, so I went and fetched her so she could please her fans like the Queen that she is…too bad I can’t train her to do the royal wave. As you can see by her expression she is crying because she can see me below taking her photo and is quite miffed at the injustice of it all!

I would love to be able to leave this window open for her while I am at work but I have already caught her climbing up the sides like it’s a jungle gym once she spotted a pretty bird! But she has no issues with meowing as soon as the birds wake up and jumping on my head so I will open the window for her at 6:00 a.m. I get up, open the window and go back to sleep. If it buys me an extra half hour of sleep I’m all for it.

Now that is too funny and I guess that they have their own way of creating entertainment.

LOL Look at her Highness sitting there ruling over her neighbourhood! You know I think that if Honey weren’t so territorial, Coco and here would get along so well! They are so similar!!! xoxo
