Riders on the Storm

Okay, I finally caved and bought a ship Internet card for $20.00. This will surely try my patience because it’s slower than peanut butter…but anyways, after the day I had yesterday at the Internet cafe in Nassau I thought the $20 would be a good investment (more on that later).

For now I will just say that all is well with my mom and now we are tracking Tropical Storm Fiona. She still doesn’t have Internet so I have been phoning her with updates every few hours. Ironically, now my ship is trying to outrun Earl and today we have rough seas. Which is another reason this post will be short and sweet…feeling a bit green at the moment and it’s really not my favourite colour! Earl is heading up the Eastern coast and we are heading to Charleston, SC tomorrow.

Stay tuned…

Whew! … You could start an Adventure Series. One of them being “Leah at Sea”. This, of course, would be one of the middle volumes as many adventures have preceded this, and many are SURE to follow! 🙂
See ya sooooooon! (in ONE piece, that is lol)
